About the Yoga Teacher Training Program:

In the process, you will also earn your 200 hour level Yoga Alliance Yoga Teacher Training certificate. This will provide a springboard for those of you seeking a new of secondary career as a yoga teacher or expand your skills if you are already a practitioner.

As a student of the training, you will be educated, inspired and supported as you access your deepest inspiration, inherent creativity, and self awareness. The training explores yoga postures, breathwork, meditation, and theoretical, philosophical, and historical content that allows the pathway for inner freedom.

The hybrid training meets in-person one Sunday each month and on zoom one Wednesday each month from January 21, 2024 - August 21, 2024. In addition, are self-paced virtual pre-recorded educational videos. 

A complimentary yoga teacher training information session meets in-person Tuesday, 6:15 pm on December 5th at The Old Town Hall, 5 Mountain Road, Woodbury, CT.

Yoga Teacher Training on Sundays monthly in-person from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Yoga Teacher Training Wednesdays monthly on zoom from 6:15 pm - 8:30 pm.
