I work with clients interested in increasing health and weight loss through personal training and group exercise classes (Pilates, yoga and fitness) as well as nutrition guidance (my nutrition program complete with manual and on-line course).
My passion for health and weight loss led me to get certified as a National Academy of Sports Medicine Personal Trainer over two decades ago and to go on to earn extra specializations in nutrition, weight loss and athletic performance enhancement. In addition, I am a 500 Hour Kripalu Yoga Teacher and an IM=X Pilates Instructor. Uniting mind-body exercise and nutrition encourages my clients to build strength and stability from the inside out by creating an exceptional energy deficit and improving their mind set.
