Kripalu Vinyasa Yoga & Meditation
Thoughtfully sequenced yoga postures building to a peak pose, while moving through the five levels of being - physical, energy, mental emotional, wisdom and joy. Yoga postures for strength, balance and flexibility and meditation for healing and clarity.

CLASS DESCRIPTION
ESSENTRICS
A dynamic, full body workout with motivating music. Suitable for all fitness levels. Simultaneously combines strengthening & stretching while engage all 650 muscles. Includes the flowing movements of Tai Chi, strengthening theories behind ballet, healing principles of physiotherapy and concludes with Pilates core work & yoga stretches.
