CLASS DESCRIPTION
Vinyasa Yoga & iRest Yoga Nidra begins with an hour of thoughtfully sequenced yoga postures for strength, balance and flexibility that embodies the five levels of being - physical, energy, feelings-emotions, wisdom and contentment and ends with a half hour of profound guided yoga nidra to help you get more restful sleep, feel more relaxed, reduce stress, relieve anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress and chronic pain. iRest allows us to explore and go beyond self-inhibiting beliefs so we can experience inner peace.
