Woodbury & Bethlehem Residents - $65 for 6 classes

Non Residents - $75 for 6 classes

Kripalu Vinyasa Yoga & Meditation coordinates breath and movement to achieve the state of flow in the mind. The yoga postures build strength, balance, flexibility, awareness, and increased energy. Each class incorporates a creative theme to foster compassion, self acceptance, joy and wisdom.

Deepen your connection with nature and your true self through an outdoor yoga and meditation class.

Bellamy Barns Yoga integrates the five senses, the five elements (earth, water, fire, air and ether) and the internal energy centers.

All levels welcome.

Pilates Mat

Kripalu Vinyasa Yoga & Meditation

Pilates Mat

Pilates Mat strengthens and lengthens key muscles of the pelvis, ribcage, shoulder girdle, spine, back and abdominals.  Its benefits include a healthier back, toned abdominals, stronger pelvic floor, increased bone density, greater postural awareness, better breathing, and flexibility. The class uses a Pilates ring, 3 lb weights and a glider.
