It’s important to know these things because why, what and how much encourages healthy food choices and correct portions to reduce the likelihood that you will get sick! Nutrition Coaching sessions include a 50 page nutrition manual you will access on google docs and requires a 30 minute complimentary virtual consultation prior to your first class.
