Kripalu Vinyasa Yoga

Kripalu Vinyasa Yoga moves through active, breath guided, flowing postures, allowing students to fully embody alignment and movement energetically and physically. The sequences integrate standing, standing twist, standing balance, arm balance, hip opener, backbend, seated twist, forward bend, inversion and restorative postures while strengthening and stretching muscles, increasing bone density, releasing tension, and centering body-mind.

 Pilates Mat focuses on strengthening key muscles of the abdominal, pelvis, rib cage, shoulder girdle, spine and back.  Its benefits are a strong core, healthy back, toned pelvic floor, increased bone density, greater postural awareness, better breathing, and greater flexibility.

Boot Camp is a challenging circuit style mix of functional training and cardio timed drills for a total body workout. The focus is on muscle and core strength, cardio vascular endurance and flexibility. A great workout before you start your day or head out for work! The class meets at 3 Rivers Park on Jacks Bridge Road in Woodbury. In the event of rain class meets at The Old Town Hall in Woodbury.

 Educates on what to eat, how much to eat and why to eat. It’s important to know these things because why, what and how much encourages healthy food choices and correct portions to reduce the likelihood that you will get sick! Nutrition Coaching sessions include a 50 page nutrition manual you will access on google docs and requires a 30 minute complimentary virtual consultation prior to your first class.
