In-home personal training (Pilates, yoga, fitness) and Nutrition for Health and Weight Loss (my nutrition program and course) uses a system that builds strength and stability from the inside out.  The total body workout strengthens all major muscle groups, increases lean muscle tissue, and boosts metabolism. The nutrition program educates on what to eat, how much to eat, how to eat, and when to eat because what, when and how much impacts health and weight loss.
