Class Descriptions

Kripalu Vinyasa Yoga - Intermediate 
moves through active, breath guided, flowing postures, allowing students to fully embody alignment and movement both energetically and physically. The sequences integrate standing, standing twist, standing balance, arm balance, hip opener, back-bend, seated twist, forward bend, inversion and restorative postures while strengthening and stretching muscles, increasing bone density, releasing tension, and centering body-mind.

Hatha Yoga - Beginner Bend forward, backward, sideways and twist while practicing supported restorative postures on a yoga mat or a chair. We balance energetic flowing sequences guided by breath with gentle stretches, guided relaxation and healing imagery.

Let Your Yoga Dance® - All levels is an amazing Chakra Fusion! A joy-filled power dance combining yoga, the breath, and user-friendly dance with fabulous music from all around the world. It is a funky, sacred, inspirational dance of the multi-dimensional self, bringing tons of fun and healing to body, mind and spirit. Let Your Yoga Dance® is for every single body and wonderful for all ages.

Pilates Mat - All levels focuses on strengthening and lengthening key muscles of the pelvis, ribcage, shoulder girdle, spine, back and abdominal.  Its benefits include a healthier back, stronger pelvic floor, increased bone density, greater postural awareness, better breathing, stronger core and greater flexibility.
